# Create table views

Click on the [top right dropdown menu] and select the [⚙️ Manage columns] option.

Click on the **\[top right dropdown menu\]** and select the **\[⚙️ Manage columns\]** option.

Click on **\[+\]** at the top right of the window that appears to create a new view.

Choose a name for the view you want to create, for example, 'Personal view'. Also, determine whether the view should be available to all users or only for yourself.

Add the desired columns to your custom view using **\[+\]** at the end of the column title. You can browse through the different categories or search for a specific column at the top.

With the **\[Default ordering\]** menu, you determine how the table will be sorted. Furthermore, you can see which columns are used in your view. With the **\[drag and drop icon\]** in front of the column title, you can change the order. Using **\[X\]** at the end of the column title, you can remove it from your view.

Click on \[☑️ Save\] to save your custom view.
