A6. Important changes for your patients

In Legacy, it was possible to provide patients with an account to log in to their own portal. From this portal, they could book appointments and complete questionnaires. However, with the transition to Crossuite QI, these patient accounts will be disabled and are no longer valid.

In Crossuite QI, patients will use the Held app to access their personal portal. Within this app, a single account can be easily linked to multiple practices that use Crossuite.
Important: Please note that after the transition, patients will no longer have an active account. They will need to re-register and log in via the Held app.
