# Create a personal report

Click on the options button next to an existing report to start from there for your personal report.

## Create custom report

Click on the **options button \[**![](https://knowledgebase.crossuite.app/galleryDocuments/edbsnb904ce9e529220911a55adfd4221ddb5ec6bd857cd21bc3b4c0df3dede14d95e618c7d59db2d5f1f0f71fca2dc6b36e580b462698f4a6934ac1b0ed531fc8aff?inline=true)**\]** next to an existing report to start from there for your personal report.  
In the options, choose **\[Duplicate\]**.

A report will be created with the same name as the base report, extended with "(copy)" at the end of the name. Click on the name to change it to a relevant name for the report. Open the filters with the **\[Advanced search\]** button and set the necessary filters for your personal report.  
Click on **\[Apply\]** to load the report.

Choose which column you want to sort your report by, this will be saved in your personal report.Save your custom report with the **\[Save view\]** button.

## Set custom report as default

Click the **options button \[**![](https://knowledgebase.crossuite.app/galleryDocuments/edbsnb904ce9e529220911a55adfd4221ddb5ec6bd857cd21bc3b4c0df3dede14d95e618c7d59db2d5f1f0f71fca2dc6b36e580b462698f4a6934ac1b0ed531fc8aff?inline=true)**\]** next to the report to open the options. Then click on the **\[Set as default\]** option. When you open the reporting, this report will be loaded by default.

## Reorder reports

Click on the report you want to move and **hold down the mouse button**, then you can drag the report within the respective category to a new location.

## Delete a custom report

Click the options button \[![](https://knowledgebase.crossuite.app/galleryDocuments/edbsnb904ce9e529220911a55adfd4221ddb5ec6bd857cd21bc3b4c0df3dede14d95e618c7d59db2d5f1f0f71fca2dc6b36e580b462698f4a6934ac1b0ed531fc8aff?inline=true)**\]** next to the report to open the options. Then click the **\[Delete view\]** option. Standard reports cannot be deleted.
