Based on this setting, you determine the format of patient name. Starting with the surname or first name. This setting affects all colleagues in the practice and applies everywhere the patient's name appears, including in the agenda or financial reports.
You can change this setting with the following steps.
Navigate to [Settings] > [Patient] > [General].
Under [Format patient name], choose the desired format.
