Go to the patient record > EKD. Click the [+] button to create a prescription.
Fill in the details of the prescription.
The prescription date, the maximum number of treatments allowed, the episode and the period are fields mandatory to fill in.
If you wish to link another different episode or period to the prescription, click on the corresponding bar and select another option or create a new period or prescription.
Under the Diagnosis section, you optionally fill in the fields diagnosis date , medical care date, medical care, localisation, medical diagnosis and nature of care.
According to the homologation criteria, Crossuite has the ability to link internationally recognised codes to Medical diagnosis and Nature of care. This will be used more in digital prescription in the future.
Enter the prescribing doctor under the Care Team section using the [Link prescribing physician] button.
Here you get several options to add the doctor. More info on the various ways to add the healthcare provider can be found in the article
Fill in the date and number of the first testimonial optionally under the First Testimonial section.
Click [Create].
You change a prescription using the [Change prescription] button.
Adjust the necessary data or values in the following overview.
Changes are automatically saved when this menu is closed.
