# Subscription Billing and Payment Methods

Invoices tab displays a history of your invoices.

## Manage Invoices

Click on your **profile picture** at the bottom left > **\[Billing\]**.

The  
Invoices tab displays a history of your invoices. Click on

On the right, you'll see an overview of your active subscriptions, payment details, and current costs:

1.  Estimated invoice amount:  
    The amount for your current subscription settings.
    
2.  Billable usage:  
    The amount for extra services like AIQU and additional storage.
    
3.  Billing status:  
    Here you can see if the practice has any unpaid invoices with Crossuite BV.
    
4.  Invoice details:  
    These details are used to bill your Crossuite subscriptions.
    
5.  Default payment method:  
    The payment method set for your invoices.
    

## Manage Payment Methods

Click the **\[Payment methods\]** tab at the top.  
Here you'll find an overview of your saved payment methods and your default payment method.

To add a new payment method, click the **\[+Add payment method\]** button.

Select your desired payment method, enter the correct details, and finally, click **\[Confirm\]**.

Once you've added a new payment method, you can select it as the default via the **\[Make default\]** button if you wish.
