[Email templates]. Click the icon [] next to a template to modify the template.
Select the title and sender address for the template at the top. The 'Dynamic' option ensures that the practitioner's email address is used. The title is only displayed within Crossuite itself; the email subject is visible to the patient. If you wish to add an attachment or document to the email, click [Select from computer] or [
Select from library] at the bottom.
Click [Edit] to modify the content of the email.Various framed fields or auto-fields are displayed within the email itself. These fields are automatically populated based on the patient, appointment, or practitioner details. All possible auto-fields are provided via the toolbar. Click [Merge Tags] to obtain a complete list and add an auto-field directly.
These auto-fields are also available for the subject of the email. Click on the text in the subject to find the auto-fields on the left.
When entering text, click on 'Merge Tags' to select these auto-fields.
Once you have applied the changes, close the screen using the cross in the top right corner. The changes are automatically saved here or click [Save as] to save this as a new template.
Certain email templates must still be selected in the corresponding setting to be used as a default email. For example, for Finances, this is set in Settings -> Finances -> Invoicing -> Print & mail.
