Creating or editing a booking link

To create or edit a booking link, go to the settings, select the option [Webbookings] and go to
[Weblinks].

Create a new link via [] or click on [] to edit an existing link.
The following options will be displayed:

1. Personal title: Give the web link a name that is only visible to you.

2. Location: Select the location to which the web link applies. You can select only 1 location per web link.

3. Appointment type: Determine which appointment type the patient can select.

4. Default language: Choose the language in which the booking interface is displayed. Patients can still change this themselves if desired.

5. Held: Make the appointment link available in the patient’s Held app. Choose the name of the bookinglink which will be visible in the Held-app.

Then click on [Save] to save this web link. It will now look as follows.
