# Link calendar to Google calendar

Go to your Google Calendar and click [+] next to 'Other calendars'.

## Get created link from Crossuite

Go to **\[Settings\]** > **\[Diary\]** > **\[Connected calendars\]**. Click to copy a link.

## Link to Google Calendar

Go to your Google Calendar and click **\[+\]** next to 'Other calendars'.

Now select **\[From URL\]**

Paste the copied link into the URL window and click **\[Add Calendar\]**.

The calendar will now be synchronised with your personal Google Calendar.  
The synchronisation happens randomly and not instantaneously. Crossuite has no control over this.
