Crossuite uses two-factor authentication (2FA). This is a security method for identity and access management that requires two forms of verification to access data. When logging in with your email address and password, you must enter a verification code sent via email. It is also possible to receive a push notification for verification through the Crossuite QI app. Download the app, log in with your credentials, and follow the steps in this article to set up two-factor authentication via the app. The app is available for Android and Apple devices.
Go to [My account] > [Security]. In the tab 2-factor authentication, you change the default to your preferred log in method.
Crossuite uses push notifications for two-factor authentication. Depending on the device, these notifications may not be enabled automatically when installing a new app. More information about notifications can be found here:

After logging in (with your e-mail and password), you get a push notification on your mobile.
Click on the notification and select [Allow] to log in to the browser version.
Do you want to use your email for verification instead? Adjust the default verification method back to [Email] in the same way.
